How can i Change Windows Xp Sp in regedit?

I have Windows Xp service pack 2.I am convert into sp3,but want to restore in Sp 2.How i can do.|||You cannot change the service pack number with Regedit. The information regarding the service pack is not necessarily stored there, and it is also most likely encrypted.
