You have to install XP again. Windows 7 RC overwrites the previous OS and deletes every trace of non-Windows 7 system files and all the user files, so you have to go look for the reinstallation disc that came with your computer and install it again. Remember to copy all of your files to external media before proceeding to install Windows 7.

you will need a copy of windows xp and once you have changed to windows 7 and do not like then restart the pc and the xp disk in the cd drive and it will read the cd and ask you if you would like to boot from cd say yes
just setup win7rc to dual boot with your existing xp installation.
or if you want a safer way to test out win7 then you can use virtualbox or other virtualization software to try the os out
