How can i change windows xp administrator password using guest account?

i need to use d administrator account for a few works bt at our college dey hv blocked us from using the c drive..even the usb ports don%26#039;t work...plz help me..|||You can%26#039;t. The reason why you can%26#039;t access the c:\ drive nor usb ports is through Group Policy. Your company forbids it. Change the policy and you%26#039;re golden.
