Is there a way to change the windows XP startup picture in my Installer using the nLite? If not, (below)?

I want to change the startup picture in Windows XP in my Windows XP Installer. I have nLite Software, but I don't know how to do it, and I don't know if nLite can do it. If nLite can't do it, is there anaother software that can can change the startup picture in my Windows Installer? Please Answers me the right answers! Thank You in advance! Happy New Year!
