You can do two things.
First boot the computer into safe mode (F8 on startup after all the text or bootscreen) and select safe mode with networking.
Or if you know how to burn CD images try this.

You'd have to first have your BIOS boot from a CD drive and load this cd after you've burned it with nero or some other image program.
This program loads up and finds all the passwords on the computer for each user without screwing with the files. It's great. But it can take up to half an hour to use.
