How can I change my Windows XP overall language settings?
Changing the settings in 'Regional Languages' only changes the input language and keyboard layout. To change the menus and other text of the OS, you have to buy a language upgrade to that language from Microsoft.
How can I change my Windows XP overall language settings?
go to %26quot;start%26quot; %26quot;control panel%26quot; then click on %26quot;regional languages%26quot; and do what you need there.

Do this in the %26quot;languages tab%26quot; click on %26quot;details%26quot; then %26quot;add%26quot; scroll down to the language you need.

Then once that is done highlight the language you don't need and click on %26quot;remove%26quot;. click %26quot;OK%26quot;. It will tell you that the old language setup will be removed after re-booting.

Click on the %26quot;advanced tab%26quot; and select your language from the drop down menu Click %26quot;OK%26quot;
Click start go to control panel and go to regional settings where you can be able to change all you want there

good luck
It is not possible to change every single piece of text on the OS (unless it is mac) to a different language. You can only change some parts of it, and to do that, just folow the instruction everone else writes (control panel etc etc)
